Vendor Information

The Tate County Fair offers booths and food trailer space for our vendors.  Please use the Vendor Registration Form below to register and pay for your booth or space.

This year we are offering the opportunity for our vendors to help promote the fair and their businesses via promotional prizes.  When you sign up to be a vendor, you may offer one or more prizes to be used in advertising and promotion of the fair.  The prize is optional, and the choice is up to you.  We suggest providing a prize related to who you are and what you do.  For example, food vendors can offer food items, craft vendors could offer an item(s).

Each vendors that offers a prize will be featured in the Vendor Showcase of our Website (see above) and will be featured on the ad or promotion for your prize.

Vendor Guidelines

• Booth schedule will operate at the same time the fair is open to the public and the schedule is as follows: June 19 from  5 pm to 10 pm, June 20 from 5 pm to 11 pm, June 21 from 12 pm to 11 pm.
• CRAFT and MERCH Booth set up is on June 19th from 1-4 pm.
• FOOD TRAILER set up starts from 8 am to 2 pm on June 19th
• IF YOU NEED A SPECIAL TIME OR DAY TO SET UP PLEASE CONTACT  US AT 662-255-6281.
• All vehicles must be moved from the booth area on June 19th by 4:00 pm on set up day, no vehicles will be allowed in the booth area until Saturday June 21st after 11 pm.
• You can close and pack up and leave early but all your items will have to be taken to your car as no vehicles will be allowed to enter the booth area.
• Limited electricity is available for an additional $25 on a “first come first serve” basis
• Bring your own extension cords that you will need for electricity if you choose to pay for electricity.
• Bring your own tables, chairs, tents, solar lights, generator.
• There will be overnight security, we are still not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• TAX FORMS  declaration ( sales) will be given when you arrive and will have to be turned in before you pack up your booth, WE turn in your tax money , no exceptions.
